Care for Your Bags
Washing :
Our bags can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C.
Wash the bag alone for best results. If washing with other items, use only soft fabrics without metal or hard elements, such as towels or sheets.
Drying:
Remove the bag immediately after washing.
Hang it or lay it flat to dry. If necessary, turn the bag inside out to dry more effectively.
Spot Cleaning:
For small stains, use a soft cloth with a tiny amount of laundry detergent. Rub gently until the stain disappears, then let the bag air dry naturally.
Ironing / Smoothing Wrinkles:
Use steam and a warm iron.
Always place a towel over the bag before ironing – the iron should never touch the leather directly.
Iron on the front (face) of the bag only.
Use light pressure and steam, moving across the wrinkled areas.
After ironing, gently wipe off any moisture with a soft cloth.
Care for Your Jewelry
Mixed Materials:
If your jewelry is made from mixed materials such as hypoallergenic stainless steel, eco leather, rubber, or natural pearls, we recommend:
- Avoid frequent contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, cosmetics, or cleaning products.
- Gently wipe the piece with a soft cloth if it becomes dusty.
- Avoid strong pressure or pulling, especially when dressing or undressing.
With mindful care, these pieces can last for a very long time.
Silver Jewelry:
If your jewelry is made of silver or contains silver elements:
- Avoid contact with creams, perfumes, cosmetics, and household cleaners.
- Clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth, or at home using vinegar and baking soda (soak briefly, gently rub, rinse, and dry well).
