Delivery
Coverage:
Currently, we deliver only within Bulgaria.*
Delivery method:
We work with both courier companies – Econt and Speedy – with delivery to your address or a courier office.
Delivery time:
Usually 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
* For custom orders (specific colors or models that require additional production), please allow 2–4 days for production, plus 2–5 business days for delivery.
Shipping costs:
Flat rate shipping - €8
Free delivery on orders over €130
* Shipping to the rest of Europe will be available soon.

Return and Exchanges Policy
All orders include inspection and testing on delivery and come with an attached receipt. Please keep the receipt in case of return or exchange.
Timeframe:
Up to 14 days from receiving the product.
Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
Procedure:
1. Contact us at studioiskar47@gmail.com or +359 879 649 194 and provide the reason for the return.
2. Send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the product.
Complaints:
For defective products or order errors, please send a photo and description of the issue.
We offer either a product replacement or a refund.
