Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
Can I order a customized bag with different dimensions or added elements?
Some adjustments are possible, such as changes in size or length (for example, jewelry length or bag handles).
However, we do not add elements that alter the original design. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us - we value personal communication with our customers.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within Bulgaria, but we are working on expanding delivery to Europe.

Products
Are ADEPT bags handmade?
Yes, every piece is handmade in small batches or as a one-of-a-kind item.
Are the bags exactly the same as in the photos?
We present our products as accurately as possible in our photos. Each piece is handmade, so small variations in details are natural, and colors may differ slightly depending on your screen. Every piece is crafted to high standards and faithfully represented.
How should I take care of my bag/jewelry?

Private Bag-Making Lessons
Is this a course?
No, these are specialized private lessons designed as a one-time boutique experience. You can attend alone or with a close friend and share the experience together.
How many people can join at the same time?
Lessons are limited to a maximum of three participants.
Where are the lessons hosted?
Lessons take place at the ADEPT atelier in Sofia, city center – 47 Iskar Street.
What materials do we use to make the bags in the lesson?
We work with soft eco leather, specially selected to be beginner-friendly. The working process is light and easy.
Can I design my own bag?
Unfortunately, this is not possible in this format. All designs are fixed and carefully prepared to be completed within the lesson time, and are suitable for participants of all skill levels.
